Carolina is a Northern Virginia native raised in Alexandria and born in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. A Radford University graduate, she started her career in residential property management in 2017 as a leasing consultant for Equity Residential in Arlington, VA. This experience kindled her purpose in real estate and led to career opportunities in various regions in the D.C. Metropolitan area, including Bethesda, Maryland, Northern Virginia, and Washington, D.C. Carolina’s success in residential real estate inspired her desire to work in the real estate title industry, as bilingual Account Manager working in Business Development. She joined TSCG in 2023 as a tenant coordinator. Her mission is simple: to support our clients and her team ensure seamless daily transactions and correspondence. Carolina has an enterprising spirit and flair for cultivating client and tenant relationships.
