About
Cheryl Routson Champion was born and raised in Lilburn, Georgia. She joined TSCG in 2015 following a successful 10+ year career in real estate capital markets and commercial real estate lending in Atlanta and Washington DC. Cheryl specializes in tenant representation, land assemblage, and big box disposition and works closely with her clients to develop and execute real estate entry, expansion, and relocation strategies throughout Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate and Marketing.
Cheryl is involved in Atlanta Ronald McDonald House Charities and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and CREW Atlanta. Additionally, she serves on the Board of Directors of American Commerce Bank, based in Bremen, Georgia, and its holding company, American Commerce Bancshares, Inc.
