About
Chris was born in the Philippines and moved to DC area in early 90’s when he was 14. As a controller, he’s responsible for managing the accounting department at Tyson office. Chris has over 15 years of experience in real estate accounting, primarily in commercial and retail. He joined TSCG in August 2023 and prior to that, he was at Rosenthal Properties for over 10 years. Chris started his real estate career the early 2000’s in the mortgage industry and with a passion for numbers, he transitioned into real estate accounting and has since worked his way up. He studied at University of Maryland and Northern Virginia Community College.
What to know
Chris has 5 kids and been married for 28 years. He enjoys playing golf and poker on the weekends.
