Declan McGarry

About

Declan McGarry comes from a background in the music industry. He moved to Nashville in 2009 from Canada to pursue his dream of music. After spending a decade in this pursuit, he made the decision to transition into a new career path. His desire to provide value to both the business sector and his community led him to commercial real estate. He specializes in retail tenant-rep and has a reputation for honesty and integrity within the brokerage community. Declan joined TSCG in 2023 as Vice President in the Nashville office.

His career as a commercial real estate broker has fueled his desire to not only achieve success for himself but to help his peers and community succeed as well. He is a founding board member of CRE615 Volunteers, the community outreach arm of CRE615, a networking group of commercial real estate professionals.

What to know

Declan is also a CCIM Designee, a volunteer soccer coach, and a volunteer reader for Love Helps, Inc. He has been married since 2012 to his wonderful wife and they have two (mostly) wonderful children. And in his spare time he still enjoys playing music!

Declan is a CCIM Designee, CoreNet Global board member, and CRE615 Volunteers co-founding member.
