John Lemmon was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and during his early years grew up living overseas and throughout the United States as his father was in the military. John attended George Mason University earning a B.S. in Finance after serving in the United States Marine Corps. John joined TSCG in October 2023 as Associate Director of Property Management for the Washington, D.C. region. Prior to TSCG, John was Vice President with KLNB Management. John began his real estate career appraising commercial assets in the DC metropolitan area. He has established a diverse background with over 20 years of experience working with Cambridge Asset Advisors, Carr America, and JBG. Experiences include the coordination in asset and property management, operations, acquisitions, construction management, leasing, and development. John’s real estate education, certifications, and licenses include Appraisal Institute, LEED AP O+M, and licensed sales person in Virginia and Maryland.

What to know

John is a husband and a proud father of two children, four grandchildren and a dog named Lulu. John enjoys hanging out with the grandkids, visiting foreign countries, DIY home projects, and fitness.
