Kivy was born in Washington, DC and was raised in Bethesda, MD. He has 14 years experience as a commercial roving building engineer. He works in property management specifically in HVAC as well as maintaining the operations of properties. Kivy also supervises all contractors and makes sure to have all properties looking their best. Kivy is passionate about working with the team as well as maintaining good relationships with tenants and contractors. He has been in commercial roving as an engineer majority of his career and enjoys all the daily challenges.
