Billy Gibbons is Regional Team Lead for the Location Analytics group at TSCG and knows how valuable location data is to helping businesses make smart decisions. He is responsible for creating high-end deliverables for brokers and their clients or properties, ranging from paper maps and aerials, technical analysis reports, and web maps and applications. In addition to creating deliverables, he is responsible for acting as a point of contact for all GIS personnel and agents in the Southeast region of TSCG’s company footprint, which covers Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas. He aids in the training of new hires to the Location Analytics group in his region, as well as making sure they understand TSCG’s various 3rd party data sources and how to best apply them to the situation. He plays a vital role in helping create standardized map templates and styles, creating custom logo dots, and continues to learn and leverage different aspects of Esri Experience Builder. He started with TSCG in 2017 as a GIS Specialist and has proven himself as a knowledgeable and technical analyst who has worked his way up to Location Data Analyst and now Regional Team Lead. He holds a B.S. in Geography from Florida Atlantic University along with Certificates in Geographic Information Systems and Environmental Science.

What to know

Billy enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, whether it be outside, watching a Marvel movie, or playing a board game. Nearly every other weekend you will find him cheering on his oldest son at swim meets across Northern and Central Florida. He loves trying new craft beers and a good coal fired pizza or a tender steak.
