PetSmart in Collierville
On Friday, April 29, The Shopping Center Group announced that PetSmart will open at the Collierville Marketplace at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Market Boulevard in Collierville.
The shopping center already includes Chili’s, Patriot Bank, Chick-fil-A, Home Depot, Office Depot, and Ichiban Buffet. The 17,999-square-foot PetSmart building will be located near the middle of the shopping center next to Office Depot.
“PetSmart is a great national brand with pet products and services that everyone in Collierville and the surrounding area will find exciting. We are thrilled to have them join our great tenant lineup at Collierville Marketplace,” Jason Crews of Crews Development said in a statement.
Crews Development, which owns Collierville Marketplace, was represented by Hurston Reed and John Reed of TSCG. Danny Buring of TSCG and Brian Goodwin of Metro Commercial represented PetSmart in the transaction.
