Sephora to open new Buckhead store

A popular beauty retailer plans to open its second Buckhead location.

Sephora is coming to The Exchange, a newly-renovated shopping center on Peachtree Road and Grandview Avenue.

It will take 4,800 square feet at the center and sit next to YEAH! Burger. It’s set to open in early summer.

Charlotte, N.C. -based FCA Partners owns The Exchange. Other tenants at the center include: SculptHouse, Storico Fresco Alimentari, Kohler, Kale Me Crazy, Posh Nails and Cherry Blow Dry Bar. Stephanie McCall of The Shopping Center Group is the leasing agent.

Sephora’s other Buckhead location is in Lenox Square mall.

The retailer is often praised for its interactive shopping experience where it lets shoppers sample its products in the store, from eye liner to lipstick. The concept was founded in 1970 in France and today has some 1,900 stores in 29 countries.
