Alan is the EVP & Managing Partner overseeing Tenant Representation for the Company’s Carolinas Division. In addition to managing the company offices in North & South Carolina, he focuses on representing anchor and Jr anchor tenants such as Costco, Ross, Sprouts Farmers Market, LA Fitness, Topgolf, Bed Bath & Beyond, Circa Lighting, and many more. In addition, he also specializes in land acquisition, outparcel users, and site selection/market analysis for developers and retailers.

What to know

When Alan isn’t working he enjoys sport fishing and while he dreams of reeling in more the 100+ pound tuna and marlin, he prefers hooking spot tail and spotted trout, in-shore.
