Alex Munoz was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Miami, FL. As Executive Managing Director, he is responsible for the strategy and execution of TSCG’s third-party leasing business in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Alex has extensive knowledge of markets throughout the Southeast and is consistently recognized as an innovative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills. Prior to joining TSCG in 2003, Alex was a retail leasing agent with a Miami-based commercial real estate firm that specialized in leasing and managing power centers and grocery-anchored shopping centers. Alex graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, FL with a Bachelor of Science in Education and has completed numerous courses in leadership and administration. Alex lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and two children.
