A Jacksonville native, Annie has a nuanced understanding of the local market, along with deep-rooted connections in the community that directly benefit her TSCG clients. As an Associate, Annie’s dedication to her accounts is unparalleled, and she is committed to providing them with personalized service and guidance throughout the entire leasing process.

Prior to joining TSCG, Annie served as an Associate with CBRE Jacksonville, where she partnered with the land and office teams to provide property marketing, research, and financial tracking strategy. Additionally, Annie led campaigns focused on retail leasing and tenant representation. She was awarded the Operations Spotlight Award in 2021 and the Rising Star Broker Award in 2023.
