Ashley Casey

After 11 years in retail leasing, Ashley Casey joined TSCG’s Tenant Advisory Services platform in 2022. Ashley is an Atlanta-based retail enthusiast with a passion for commercial real estate, emerging trends in the retail space, and connecting with global retail and real estate thought leaders. With prior roles leasing enclosed malls and grocery-anchored shopping centers, Ashley’s primary focus in the retail industry has been developing retailer relationships and sourcing new deals through in-depth portfolio reviews. In her current role, Ashley works to provide strategic national coverage for retailers, restaurants, entertainment, and healthcare concepts. A cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia, Ashley is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, and Young Atlanta Retail Alliance (YARA). She has hosted a successful retail-centric podcast, Retail Intel, and been a guest speaker for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), International Franchising Association (IFA), and ICSC.
