Bob Wordes

Bob Wordes was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and moved to Atlanta shortly after college. As Chief Operating Officer of TSCG, Bob is responsible for the direction of the day to day operations of the company. As the former Senior Vice President of Cousins Properties and with a background that spans several disciplines including development, project leasing, property management, finance and acquisitions, Bob has a uniquely broad perspective of the retail real estate industry. Bob graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1977 and received his Certified Public Accounting (CPA) Designation in 1982, and was recently designated a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). As a member of the University of Florida Real Estate Advisory Board, Bob actively mentors and advises aspiring commercial real estate professionals in their understanding of and entrance into the industry.
