Brett Fuller

About

Brett Fuller is an Atlanta native who joined TSCG in 2005. As Senior Vice President and Associate Broker at TSCG, he’s responsible for improving shopping center productivity by implementing precise marketing, merchandising, tenant-mix, and leasing/sales strategies. He has provided advisory services for various types of retail developments including neighborhood, convenience, community, and specialty centers. He has worked with institutional and regional owners such as Urbana, Bentall Kennedy, DDR, Inland, Fuqua Development, Mimms Enterprises, and M&J Wilkow. Brett was recognized as a CoStar retail leasing “Power Broker” in 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 for confirmed overall retail leasing transaction volume. As a member of ICSC, Brett has hosted several roundtable discussions. He received his BBA degree from the University of Georgia and his MBA degree from Georgia State University.
