About
Carlos was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Carlos is an Army Veteran and has over 30 years in the commercial engineering field. He has worked in residential and commercial property engineering as well as construction management. Following his time in the military, Carlos started his career in the commercial field with Rosenthal Properties in 2008 as a Lead Engineer before his transition to TSGC in 2023. His responsibilities include: operational engineering and maintenance of multiple commercial office buildings and retail centers. Carlos is a licensed drone pilot and skilled aerial photographer. He is happily married and has three amazing adult children, as well as a Australian Cattle Dog.
What to know
When Carlos is not working hard he enjoys outdoor activities, such as kayaking, biking and skateboarding. He is a proud “Marylander” for the last 30 years.
