About
Denise Winsett was born in Atlanta Georgia, and has lived outside of Georgia one time while working for Wendy’s Corporate Office in Columbus, Ohio. Denise has worked in real estate as a Lease Administrator for Wendy’s, Inc., Home Depot, Floor & Decor and Aaron’s. Denise has abstracted approximately 2,500 Lease Agreements and processed numerous reconciliations over her career. She has been the point person in Lease Administration relative to dispositions/acquisitions and securitization in her former roles. Denise joined TSCG in June 2024 as a Senior Lease Administrator on our Property Management team.
What to know
Denise likes working in her yard, and her family and friends are very important to her, as well as her cats. She is hands on when it comes to repairs and updates to her home.
