Doug was born in Washington D.C and has spent most of his years in Maryland. He has been working in commercial maintenance field for over 25 years with over 10 of those years being in a leadership role. He wants to be known as a critical thinker, effective communicator and problem solver. His success keys are maintaining discipline, managing high expectations and having fun.
