Erica was born and raised in Falls Church, Virginia. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business. Erica has over 5 years of experience working in commercial property management. Precedent to her current role as Property Accountant, she was Revenue Accountant and responsible for the money movement of over 30 properties in the DMV area. Her background in Lease Administration included completing annual budgets and CAM reconciliations, clarifying tenant recovery related inquiries, and providing interpretation services for Spanish speaking tenants and owners.
