Haley Peterson

About

Haley was born and raised in Alpharetta, GA, but they say after 7 years in Charleston you can claim the title ‘local’.  She is a graduate of The Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University. Haley has over nine years of experience in Real Estate.  After working in residential development right out of college, she moved to Charleston and began her commercial RE career.  She was responsible for managing the top industrial and retail brokers in the Charleston market and was a leasing agent for WRS, handling Walmart Centers in Florida and the Carolinas. Prior to joining TSCG, Haley was an Asset Manager for a start-up retail investment firm. She was responsible for a $250 million dollar portfolio with over 600,000 square feet of Class-A Retail across the southeast.  She is a member of ICSC and holds a South Carolina Real Estate License.

What to know

Haley enjoys giving back to the community through volunteering at the One80 Place homeless shelter and Trident United Way.  She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Ford.  When Haley has time away from work, you’ll find her either outside exercising, spending the day on a boat, or enjoying Mexican and Margaritas!
