Jeremy Kral is a partner with TSCG and Managing Director for Tenant Representation for the Florida Division. Prior to joining TSCG, Jeremy opened and started Southeast Retail Group in January 2016. His resume includes over 20 years of experience on project leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, land sales and development of retail shopping centers. Jeremy brings an extensive background in all aspects of tenant and landlord representation, from market studies and site selection to identification of emerging market trends and effective negotiations. His vast knowledge of GIS (Geographical Information Systems) allows him to spot and map trends, being the first to act on them.
Jeremy’s brokerage activities focus on strategic, multi-market expansion planning and implementation, resulting in high-volume, profitable stores for national restaurant and retail chains.
Prior to Southeast Retail Group, Jeremy worked for the Colliers International office in Tampa, SRS Real Estate Partners, and LandQwest Commercial. He prides himself on extensive knowledge of the markets in Central, Southwest and North Florida and excellent working relationships with the local, regional, and national developers in the state. Jeremy is a current candidate of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) curriculum and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2002. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Area Development with a Minor in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
