John Sebring, CRRP, CRX, CSM

John Sebring was born and raised in Seminole, Florida. He joined TSCG in 2005 as a Senior Property Manager and became the Director of Property Management in 2010. In 2019, John was promoted to Executive Managing Director, Property Management to provide oversight of the property management and to continue to grow the overall TSCG Landlord Services platform. Under John’s direction, TSCG is active in all disciplines of property management working with owners and investors including institutions, private equity funds, lenders, and special servicers in managing REO assets. He is a graduate of Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1989. John also leads TSCG’s construction management operation and has significant experience in shopping center redevelopment and renovation. John is an active member of ICSC as a mentor and panelist in many property management industry-related forums. John also maintains a GA Property and Casualty insurance license to assist clients with the validation of the insurance coverages on commercial real estate assets. John is a husband and proud father of five children.
