Jose Navarro

About

Jose Navarro was born in Howard Air Base, in Panama. Jose is a Roving engineer, responsible for managing four shopping centers: Westminster, Montrose, Randolph, and Tacoma Park. He has over 15 years of experience as a commercial engineer. Jose joined the US Marines immediately following high school and was later medically discharged. He attended Montgomery College for business and management studies, but later decided that those studies were not his passion. Jose worked for his father’s business, working as a leasing agent for apartments and chose to move paths and pursue a career as a building engineering. Jose spent 10 years as an engineer at Washington REIT and received the “Above and Beyond” plaques two years in a row. He also received certifications in basic engineering, electric 1, HVAC 1 and HVAC 2. He favors assisting and communicating with tenants as well as maintaining the properties to their best capabilities.

What to know

Jose’s hobbies include Loft Baseball, Basketball, Football and many forms of martial art practices. Lastly, Jose loves the outdoors, nature hikes, kayaking and swimming. Jose’s family consists of his parents residing in Panama, 4 children, and 1 grandchild.
