Justin Schad, CCIM has specialized in retail real estate for over 20 years. He focuses on representing national and regional box, freestanding and shop tenants for site selection, market strategy and dispositions. In addition, Justin works with investors, developers and owners on acquisitions, investment sales and land assemblage. Justin has significant lease and purchase/sale transaction experience across retail, land, health care and mixed-use product types. Prior to joining The Shopping Center Group, Justin was Principal Broker for Tennessee with TRIO Commercial Property Group. Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kentucky where he majored in Communication, with a focus on Corporate Communication, and a minor in Business Administration. He has obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute.

What to know

Justin enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and his two dogs Banks and Ryder. He is a fan of all things outdoors, playing soccer, golfing, traveling, and cooking.
