Born in Havana, Cuba, Maggie grew up in the Los Angeles area and moved to Miami in 1983. Maggie is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, renowned for her strategic vision, client-centric approach, and exceptional deal-making skills. With a career spanning over four decades, Maggie has established herself as a trusted advisor and leader, consistently delivering outstanding results for her clients. She is recognized for her ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities, optimizing asset performance and maximizing value for property owners and investors.

As a Partner and Senior Vice President, Maggie plays a pivotal role in driving the firm’s success and reputation as a premier leasing services provider in South Florida. She is an expert at developing and executing strategic leasing plans for her clients which include some of South Florida’s most iconic suburban lifestyle centers, power centers and grocery anchored centers. She currently leases over 3M SF of retail assets for both institutional and private clients such as Kimco, DWS, Ares Management, and Shoma Homes.

Throughout her career, Maggie has cultivated a deep understanding of market dynamics, enabling her to provide insightful analysis and strategic guidance to clients navigating complex real estate landscapes. Maggie joined Florida Shopping Center Group which later became TSCG in 1984 and originally oversaw all brokerage marketing and operations. Maggie then spearheaded the establishment of the company’s GIS department, underscoring her proactive embrace of technology to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Maggie is actively involved in the real estate community, participating in industry associations and initiatives aimed at advancing best practices and promoting diversity and inclusion within the field. She is an active member in ICSC.
