Matt Rotenstreich began his professional career in 2012 at Collier’s International on the Retail Services Team where he focused on tenant representation. He developed a specialization in site selection and deal negotiations for national big box retailers, outparcel users and restaurants. Using his extensive local knowledge and analysis, Matt helps his clients develop and implement strategic growth initiatives throughout the State of Georgia. Matt joined the Tenant Rep division at TSCG in April 2020. Matt is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his degree in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf, traveling, cheering on the Tide, and spending time with friends and family.
