Michael Silverman

About

Michael grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, GA. An interest in business and the mountains of Colorado led him to attend the University of Denver. When considering ideal places to live and work, he decided the lifestyle, exceptional beauty, and energy of Charleston suited him perfectly. He obtained his real estate licensing in NC, SC, and GA to fulfill his career aspirations, and joined TSCG in 2004. As a tenant representative and landlord consultant, Michael works closely with clients’ on-site selection, store roll-out, deal execution, and market strategy/analysis. He partners with a diverse client base- national anchors, junior anchors, developers, restaurants, soft goods and services, regional and local retailers. He maintains active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers. When Michael’s not working hard for his clients at TSCG, he strives to be the best husband and father he can be.

What to know

Michael likes playing tennis, skiing, and running, but really loves traveling with his family and friends.
