Michele Reale

About

Michele has been with TSCG, LLC since 1988 and is a principal with the company. She has worked extensively in landlord representation and has been responsible for several shopping centers from 25,000 square feet to 400,000 square feet in size. She is well-versed in all aspects of property leasing including marketing, pre-leasing, construction issues, renovations, and renewals. Michele specializes in and has considerable experience in tenant representation. She has handled site selections, lease negotiations, and real estate strategies for many national and regional chains, including Aspen Dental, Pier 1 Imports, Party City, Tailored Brands, and Famous Footwear. She has worked on a number of disposition assignments as a result of her tenant relationships.

A 1988 graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Finance, Ms. Reale is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a former co-chair of the Chain Links Specialty Leasing Council. Michele lives in Marietta, GA with her husband Scott and two sons.

What to know

She serves in a variety of roles at Walton High School and is a Board Member and Treasurer of the Walton Marching Raider Band. Michele’s family is big into Scouting.
