Michelle Gutierrez joined the TSCG team in Vienna as a Regional Manager in April 2024. With her extensive experience, Michelle has played a pivotal role in managing major shopping center renovations, new business developments, acquisitions, and more – acting as liaison between government agencies, tenants, local communities, internal development teams, and landlords. Notably, Michelle led her team through a successful acquisition totaling approximately 790,000 square feet, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Michelle and her team received commendation from both company and clients for their exceptional handling of the transition, ensuring a smooth process for all parties and meeting all financial deadlines throughout the process.

Prior to joining TSCG, Michelle served as a Senior General Manager at JLL, Senior Property Manager at Rappaport, and Real Estate Manager at CBRE. Michelle is a Certified Property Manager®, LEED® Green Associate, Real Property Administrator, licensed Realtor in Virginia, and she’s pursuing her Certified Shopping Center Manager designation. Michelle was proudly named a 2021 JLL Rising Star Nominee; she was the recipient of the 2019 IREM® Northern Virginia Chapter Ambassador Award and Client Satisfaction Award at CBRE, and a leadership member of the IREM® Northern Virginia Chapter, where she’s been a member for more than 14 years.

What to know

Michelle loves spending time with her large Puerto Rican and Bolivian family, doting on her two-year-old grandson, traveling and learning about new cultures, and taking Zumba classes.
