Steve Ellis

Steve Ellis is Vice President at TSCG. Steve began his career on the Landlord side of the business for Starmount Company in Greensboro, NC where he advanced to become Sr. Vice President & Director of Leasing. Looking for a greater challenge, Steve joined Staubach Retail providing site selection and lease deals for retailers with their expansion throughout the Southeast.  After that tenure, he became Vice President of Leasing for Gemini Real Estate Advisors out of Charlotte, NC where he leased a retail portfolio of 4 M square feet across 11 states.

Steve joined Bell Commercial, Raleigh, NC in June 2020 to head up the Landlord representation program where he represented third party shopping center owners throughout the Carolinas.  The above experience and 30+ years of industry contacts has enabled him to be successful doing Tenant Representation and Landlord Representation throughout the Southeast.  He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Past President of the North Carolina Chapter. Steve holds a B.S. in Business Administration and M.S. in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University.
