About
Stuart Nelson was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He began his career in 1999 with Divaris Real Estate in office/retail leasing. Stuart joined TSCG in 2000 to represent national and regional retailers in their expansion strategies throughout Georgia. He is respected for his solid market analysis, proficient site selection, and effective transactional negotiations. Stuart earned his bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Georgia and remains an avid fan of the Georgia Football team. He is married with 3 children, all girls of course.
