Sunny Delawalla returns to TSCG as a Senior Property Accountant. He graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. He has been in the Real Estate Accounting Industry for 8 years with experience in Commercial, Multi-Family, Office, and Development properties.

He enjoys spending time with his family especially his niece and nephew. He is a huge supporter of the Atlanta Braves (Chop On), UGA Bulldogs (Go Dawgs), and Kansas City Chiefs (Swiftie Fever)!
