About
Tyler Freeman is an Associate in our Charleston office and is responsible for leasing, tenant representation, and site transactions throughout South Carolina. He joined TSCG in 2023 and brings seven years of experience in retail leasing, acquisition, disposition, and investment analysis to the TSCG team. During his career, he has been involved in more than $350 million in property transactions.
A native of Charleston, Tyler graduated from Clemson University with a BA in Philosophy and is currently a Master’s in Real Estate candidate at Georgetown University. He earned his CCIM designation in 2019 and is an active participant in ULI and ICSC initiatives.
What to know
When he is not checking out new restaurants and retailers, Tyler enjoys fly fishing, cooking, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
