About
Vanessa Gerke was born in Harrisonburg, Virginia, went to high school in Charlottesville, Virginia, and attended college in Seattle, Washington. As a Tenant Coordinator, Vanessa is responsible for contracts, rent collection, work orders, and other tasks to make the property manager’s job easier. She joined TSCG in September 2023, brand new to the property management industry. She is married, has a 3-month-old daughter named Willa Mae, and a spaniel mix named Porter.
What to know
Vanessa is an avid sports fan, following both Washington DC sports teams and Seattle sports teams. Other interests include biology, visiting zoos and aquariums, and craft beer.
