Will Huffman

About

Will Huffman was born and raised in Memphis and joined TSCG in the Nashville office in 2023. Will attended Auburn, obtained a BA in Finance, and relocated to Clarksville, TN, following graduation. There, he oversaw a 2,000,000+ SF retail portfolio for Millan Enterprises – one of Clarksville’s largest privately held full-service investment development companies. Focused on landlord representation during his time, Will was able to gain a sturdy understanding of markets in middle Tennessee through his transactional experience.

At TSCG, Will is focused on tenant representation and works alongside Justin Schad with national and regional tenants on site selection and market strategy. Will is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation).

What to know

Will is an avid outdoorsman who has experience guiding in Alaska. He enjoys fly fishing, hiking, hunting, traveling, spending time with his dog Crash, playing guitar, cooking, golfing, and running.
