Yonas Yacob is a Construction Project Manager at TSCG. Yonas joined Rosenthal in June of 2021. Yonas spent the last 8 years in the construction arena as a tenant and landlord representative. Prior to Rosenthal Properties, Yonas handled project management role with Ratner Companies building new Hair Cuttery, Bubbles and Salon Plazas as well as renovating existing salons throughout East Cost, Florida and Chicago regions.

Yonas prides himself on dealing with many sizes of General Contractors, Architectural firms and varieties vendors as needed. Yonas is also known for building relationships with stakeholders, different tenants and GSA leases. He also prides in following the lease language with Landlord work letters including the permitting process with different jurisdictions, negotiation ability with GCs regarding having competitive bids, time management and delivering the right products.

What to know

Yonas is a dedicated runner all year round, enjoys going to the beach with the family, and coaching his kids’ running club and soccer team. He also a huge fun of Eritrean music and concerts.
