Vision veteran joins retail specialists
Real estate advisory firm The Shopping Center Group has hired Chris Caldwell to be its director of leasing for properties in Alabama, Kentucky, Mississippi and Tennessee.
Caldwell joins the company with almost two decades of real estate expertise. Most recently, he spent about three years at Vision Real Estate. Before that, he was a partner at CCRE, working in sales, acquisition and development in the Nashville and Memphis markets.
“Our approach to retail real estate is simple — focus on consistently delivering value to and exceeding the expectations of our clients at all times,” said Susan Ahlheit, operating partner at The Shopping Center Group. “The addition of Chris to our team immediately enhances our landlord services capabilities […] and most importantly brings additional value to our clients.”
As director of leasing, Caldwell is overseeing the firm’s landlord services in seven offices.
