TSCG has hired Michelle Gutierrez, who has more than 24 years of experience in commercial property management, as a regional manager based in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining TSCG, Gutierrez served as a senior general manager at JLL, a senior property manager at Rappaport and a real estate manager at CBRE. During her career, she has managed millions of square feet of properties across the Washington, Maryland and Virginia markets and established relationships with her teams, clients and industry partners, TSCG said. She also has managed the renovation of major shopping centers, worked on new business development and served as a liaison between tenants and landlords and government agencies and local communities.
